4. Services and Installations

  • All borehole drilling services are subcontracted to certified professionals who comply with SABS SANS 10299-:2003 standards.

  • Installation, maintenance, and repairs are carried out by our trained professionals using SABS-approved products.

  • The client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the site for installation and service teams.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Times: Orders for parts and equipment are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on location and shipping provider schedules.

  • Shipping Costs: Delivery fees apply based on the order size and destination. Customers will be informed of shipping charges before order confirmation.

  • Custom Orders: Certain custom-built or specialized items may require additional processing time.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Product Returns: Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for faulty products that cannot be replaced. No refunds will be provided for services rendered or for correct items delivered as per order.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations of services must be communicated in writing. Deposits on services may be non-refundable depending on project progress.
