4. Return Process

Approval & Instructions: If the return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.

Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Inspection & Resolution: Once received, the item will be inspected. If deemed eligible, we will process a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.
5. Refund & Replacement Policy

Defective Products: A replacement will be provided where possible. If a replacement is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
